Request Account Deletion

At TruBlossm, we believe you should have control over your personal information. You can request deletion of your TruBlossm account at any time.

Delete Your Account in the App

1. Sign in to your TruBlossm account.

2. Open your Profile and select the account deletion option.

3. Follow the instructions and type DELETE to confirm.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you cannot access your account or prefer assistance, email support@trublossm.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Our support team may verify your identity before processing your request.

What Happens to Your Data?

When your account is deleted, we process the deletion of your associated personal information, including applicable account and cycle-tracking records, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Certain information may be retained where legally required or permitted, including for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Backup records may remain temporarily until their scheduled expiration.
