Welcome to TruBlossm, operated by True Blossom, LLC (“TruBlossm,” “True Blossom,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of trublossm.com, the TruBlossm mobile application, our Blossm Box programs, smart vending machines, Community features, menstrual-cycle tracking tools, advertising-supported experiences, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account or accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Our Services
TruBlossm provides complimentary menstrual-care products through an advertising-supported ecosystem.
Our Services include or may include:
Blossm Boxes: Complimentary menstrual-care products distributed through eligible shipments, events, partnerships, and other distribution programs.
Smart Vending Machines: Complimentary menstrual-care products offered through participating vending machines at selected locations.
Mobile Application: Member accounts, menstrual-cycle tracking, Community participation, educational content, notifications, and other digital features.
Brand Sponsorships and Advertising: Physical and digital advertising experiences that fund the distribution of complimentary menstrual care.
TruBlossm makes complimentary menstrual-care products available when participating brands purchase advertising or sponsorship space that supports the applicable distribution program.
Creating an account, subscribing, downloading the application, or visiting a vending-machine location does not guarantee that products will be available.
Distribution depends on active sponsorship campaigns, inventory, participating locations, eligibility, geographic availability, and operational considerations.
We may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, programs, or distribution methods as our Services evolve.
2. Eligibility
TruBlossm's Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
By registering for an account or using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
Individuals under 18 are not authorized to create accounts or use our member Services.
We may request reasonable verification of age, identity, or eligibility when necessary to protect members, prevent fraud, or administer our programs.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts that do not meet our eligibility requirements.
3. Your Account
When you create a TruBlossm account:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and current information.
You accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account.
You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, or attempt to evade account restrictions.
TruBlossm may implement reasonable account-security and identity-verification measures, including requesting identification when necessary.
Verification information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
4. Complimentary Products, Shipping, and Vending Machines
TruBlossm provides complimentary menstrual-care products through sponsorship-funded distribution programs.
Product availability is dependent on participating brands purchasing advertising or sponsorship space.
Accordingly:
Registering or subscribing does not guarantee a Blossm Box shipment.
Shipments may occur only when an eligible sponsorship campaign supports distribution.
Shipment frequency, delivery timing, geographic availability, and product quantities may vary.
Smart vending machines are available only at participating locations.
Vending-machine inventory and accessibility may vary by location.
A vending machine appearing in the application does not guarantee that products will be available when a member arrives.
We do not guarantee particular brands, products, or quantities.
TruBlossm may establish reasonable distribution limits, eligibility requirements, and anti-fraud measures.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, interruptions, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
5. Menstrual-Cycle Tracking and Health Information
The TruBlossm application may provide menstrual-cycle tracking, predicted period dates, estimated ovulation dates, reminders, symptom logging, and educational information.
These features are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
Cycle predictions are estimates and may be inaccurate. They are not intended to diagnose medical conditions, confirm pregnancy, determine fertility with certainty, or provide contraception.
Do not rely on TruBlossm's predictions to prevent pregnancy.
Members should consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding symptoms, medical concerns, contraception, fertility, pregnancy, or treatment.
Members are responsible for the accuracy of information they voluntarily enter into the cycle tracker.
Our Privacy Policy explains how cycle-related information is stored and protected.
6. Community Participation
The TruBlossm Community is intended to provide a respectful and supportive environment where members can share experiences and participate in discussions.
Members agree not to post, submit, or distribute content that:
Harasses, threatens, intimidates, bullies, or abuses another person.
Promotes hatred, discrimination, violence, or exploitation.
Contains sexually exploitative, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited material.
Reveals another person's private information without permission.
Impersonates another person or misrepresents identity.
Contains fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or intentionally misleading material.
Constitutes spam, unauthorized advertising, or commercial solicitation.
Infringes another person's intellectual property or legal rights.
Attempts to bypass moderation, account restrictions, or security controls.
Members may report Community content that violates these standards.
TruBlossm may review reported content, remove inappropriate material, and take appropriate enforcement action.
Community posts and replies reflect the views of their authors and do not necessarily represent TruBlossm.
Members should not rely on Community discussions as a substitute for professional medical advice.
7. Moderation, Account Suspension, Deactivation, and Permanent Bans
TruBlossm reserves the right, in its discretion and subject to applicable law, to review, moderate, restrict, remove, or disable content and to suspend, deactivate, restrict, or permanently ban any member from some or all of our Services.
Reasons for enforcement may include:
Violations or suspected violations of these Terms or Community standards.
Harassment, threatening behavior, abuse, or conduct that compromises member safety.
Fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of complimentary menstrual-care programs.
Attempts to manipulate Blossm Box distribution or vending-machine access.
Unauthorized access, security threats, or attempts to compromise our systems.
Repeated or serious misuse of the Services.
Failure to meet eligibility requirements.
Compliance with legal obligations or lawful requests from authorities.
Other legitimate safety, security, operational, or platform-integrity concerns.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, enforcement action may occur with or without advance notice.
TruBlossm determines appropriate moderation and enforcement measures based on the nature and severity of the conduct.
Suspension, deactivation, or permanent banning does not eliminate privacy or consumer rights protected by applicable law.
8. Member Content and Intellectual Property
Members retain ownership of original content they submit to the Community.
By submitting content, members grant TruBlossm a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and moderate the Services.
This license generally ends when content is deleted, except where continued retention is legally permitted or necessary for legitimate purposes.
Members represent that they have the rights necessary to submit their content.
All TruBlossm trademarks, logos, software, designs, graphics, and other proprietary materials are owned by True Blossom, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit TruBlossm materials without authorization.
9. Advertising and Brand Sponsorships
TruBlossm operates an advertising-supported business model.
Participating brands purchase advertising and sponsorship placements that help fund complimentary menstrual-care products.
Advertising and sponsorships may appear through:
Blossm Boxes and associated packaging.
Smart vending machines.
The TruBlossm mobile application.
Events and distribution partnerships.
Other physical or digital TruBlossm experiences.
Advertising placements and campaigns may vary by sponsor, location, distribution channel, and availability.
The presence of a sponsor does not guarantee product availability or constitute TruBlossm's endorsement of every advertiser claim.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed for advertising delivery, measurement, and analytics.
10. Communications and Notifications
TruBlossm may send essential communications relating to account security, product distribution, shipments, policy updates, and other operational matters.
Optional promotional communications and push notifications are subject to applicable consent requirements and available preference controls.
Members may manage supported communication preferences through the application, device settings, or applicable unsubscribe mechanisms.
11. Account Deletion and Subscription Management
Members may initiate account deletion through the TruBlossm mobile application or request assistance by contacting support@trublossm.com.
Members may also contact support to request available subscription-management changes.
Deletion requests are handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Certain records may be retained where legally required or permitted, including information necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
12. Third-Party Services
TruBlossm may rely on third-party infrastructure, advertising technology, analytics providers, shipping companies, communication providers, and other operational vendors.
Third-party websites or services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, except as required by applicable law.
13. Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties
We strive to maintain reliable Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, True Blossom, LLC and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, members agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Blossom, LLC and its officers, employees, and partners from third-party claims arising from unlawful conduct, violations of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or operating practices.
We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are made.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain renewed consent before material changes take effect.
